[dropcap]T[/dropcap]hanks to the time and technology we live in, there are more opportunities to share God’s love and His Gospel internationally than ever before.
We feel passionate about supporting God’s work in other nations of the world.
To that end, we’ve had a number of projects and ministries that we’ve been and continue to be involved in.
Over the past 28 years, individuals and teams from Calvary have been sent out to:
– Encourage pastors in Japan
– Smuggle Bibles into communist China
– Help the struggling churches in Bacolod City, Philippines
– Participate in work projects at Rancho Sordo Mudo, Ensenada, Baja California
– Participate in medical ministry in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
– Hold Vacation Bible Schools in Por Venir, Baja California
– Participate in work projects at Toledo Christian Academy in Belize
– Attend the Missions Training Program of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa in Hungary
Between 2003 and 2010, we were fortunate to build a relationship with Calvary Chapels in Lima, Peru, Pucallpa, Peru, and Iquique, Chile. In that time, we’ve been able to send funds to buy Bible and teaching libraries for native pastors, build in the jungles of Peru, lead Inductive Bible Study seminars and worship conferences, perform baptisms, cleaning & painting projects, children’s outreaches and visit Lurigancho, one of the worst prisons in the world.

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n November of 2013 Pastor Jake, Assistant Pastor Geno & Alex Nava were sent down to teach for 2 weeks at the Calvary Chapel Bible College in El Secreto, Colombia. While there they were also able to serve at the college in cleaning, paining, outreaching to the communities with teaching and evangelism and other great opportunities.

In October of 2014 Jacob, Alex and Geno returned to El Secreto to teach an Apologetics course at the Bible College.

In 2015, once again the boys returned to El Secreto, this time with Alex’s wife Aida to teach the Basic Doctrines and Eschatology courses once more at the Bible College.

In 2017 the guys returned to teach a course through Revelation and visited some of the Calvary Chapels in Orocue and Yopal Colombia.

Every year we participate in Operation Christmas Child, the annual Christmas outreach through Samaritan’s Purse that brings the Gospel, hope and gifts to children all over the world.

Meet Jared and Hannah Scheller! Hannah grew up from cradle to calling here at Calvary Hanford and now is living as a full-time missionaries in Budapest, Hungary at Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe along with Jared. Jared is the overseer of the IT department and Hannah is on staff with the school as well.
