Psalm Sundays – The Princes Died (Psalm 146)

“The topics in verses seven, eight, and nine would be understood as referring to the coming Kingdom. No Israelite would confuse them for conditions that could exist unless and until the Messiah had come. Once we recognize these references are from the future Kingdom, we won’t be confused about why there are still blind people; or why there is poverty.”
